Effective date: 25 September 2026 · Operator: SimsekLabs (PrintFjord)
These terms govern your use of the PrintFjord service and every order you place through it. By checking “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and the Refund Policy, and I confirm that I am at least 18 years old” at checkout and completing the order, you accept these terms on behalf of the business profile the order is billed to.
1. The service
PrintFjord is a 3D printing service operated by SimsekLabs. You upload 3D model files to a project, we issue a price offer for the model, and the offer is added to your cart and ordered as an invoice (faktura) purchase. Production starts when the invoice is settled.
2. Eligibility
- By using the service and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- An order creates a binding financial obligation for the business profile it is billed to. You are responsible for confirming that you are authorized to bind that business profile, and the business profile is responsible for any order placed on its account.
3. Orders and payment
- An order is placed through the cart. The final order button (“Order and Pay by Invoice”) creates a binding financial obligation: an invoice is issued in your name and the goods enter the production queue.
- Payment is in full, up front by bank transfer using the KID (bank reference) printed on the invoice. Production starts as soon as the payment is settled.
- Volume pricing follows the price tiers shown on each project’s offer; the whole line is billed at the tier your total quantity lands in.
4. Your files and your responsibility
You confirm that you have the right to print the models you upload. You retain all rights to your files; we use them only to produce and deliver your order. We do not copy, share, or print your models for anyone else.
5. Delivery
- One delivery per checkout: the whole order ships to the address picked at checkout (your registered business address, or an address from your organization’s address book).
- Shipping and packaging are charged per delivery and shown in the cart before you order.
6. Liability
Our liability for an order is limited to the amount billed for that order. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, delays elsewhere in your operations) arising from a defective print or a late delivery.
7. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order. The acceptance recorded with your order (in the audit log) refers to that version.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law.
